Oh, that New York Times Connect Puzzle Really going all out for wacky wordplay today. The yellow and green categories are fairly easy to understand, but the blue and purple categories go off the rails. The two have no connection with the meaning of these four words. Instead, they look at how words fit together and find similarities. I kind of like these categories, but that doesn’t mean I excel in them. But with these tips, it’s possible to get on with the solution.
