On the surface, you might think it’s no different than an iPad or any number of Android tablets. But the biggest difference is the operating system ChromeOS and its price. If you have never used Chrome OSwhich is a hybrid of traditional desktop operating systems such as Windows or MacOS and mobile operating systems used on mobile phones. This combination makes it easier for me to use a keyboard and trackpad or mouse to get work done, but it also uses apps from the Google Play Store, so it has a mobile feel too. The only problem might be that your job relies on software that’s only available on MacOS or Windows. This has never been a problem for me as I can usually use the web or mobile app instead.

Duet 11 helps me stay busy during my train commute
The Duet is the perfect size for my train commute, allowing me to easily edit documents or respond to emails on my way to work. It also has a great front-facing 5-megapixel camera, so I can use it for Zoom chats when necessary, and the camera has a physical privacy shutter that blocks it the rest of the time. I particularly like the Duet 11’s agile performance. It wakes up when I turn on the keyboard and I can quickly connect to my pixel phone Instant internet connection. Battery life is also great, I got up to 11 hours of use.
Using the Duet on your legs may require a little balancing act, but it’s doable. Its compact size makes it ideal for cramped coffee shop tables and other places where a full-size laptop might be inconvenient. With all the accessories, it only weighs about 2 pounds.

Like many people, I unwinded with some entertainment on the way home, and the Duet really shined. Remove the magnetic keyboard and ChromeOS switches to a more touch-friendly experience. The tablet supports cloud gaming services such as Xbox Game Pass and Nvidia GeForce nowwhich means that with a strong network connection, you can play a variety of games. I also enjoy playing mobile games on the Play Store.
Duet’s versatility makes it a great gift
In addition to being great for commuting and tight spaces, the Duet is also a great e-reader. I use it to read comics Viz and Shonen Jump AppI often check the e-books and magazines collected by the library through the following methods Libby App. The device is also good for streaming video and music, but I prefer Bluetooth headset through the tablet’s small speaker.
While I mainly use it when traveling and commuting, the Duet is just as great at home. I wouldn’t recommend the Duet as your only laptop unless you only need to do basic home office work and can connect to a larger monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The 11-inch touchscreen, while beautiful, is a bit too small for all-day daily use. But as a companion to a larger, more powerful desktop or laptop, it’s almost perfect.
