Anita Asante column: Why Chelsea can still win the quadruple

I don’t know it’s hard to win four times now. There are different challenges now. Ultimately, it should be difficult.

There are games in our season when we were thinking “wow” and the game was tight and we won a few wins, or we could easily lose because another team was better and didn’t get what they deserved.

There is an element of relief when you overcome these games. Sometimes I don’t even like those games! If you lose, or in our case, you have to find a way to rebound.

You don’t have time to indulge in disappointment, regret or worry about what you should do or what you should do. You can only learn from this feeling. In football games, you stick your feelings to moments in the game or in your career.

When you feel good, you perform well, and when you are instinctive, all of this synergy brings you a shield mentally. When you’re not doing well, the situation is the same.

Chelsea will have a broader understanding of the noise around the team and the talk about the unbeaten this season. regardless They discussed it internallyI have no idea. But of course there will be disappointed players.

This is the reality of reality, that is, where elite players are. You are facing high pressure and expectations. They are competitive in nature and end up being a bit like a sunken or a wise situation. You can’t go back to that moment this season. It will be made up now or never.

I certainly feel nervous when I’m in a high pressure situation. Of course, I feel sick because that’s the size of it, what it means to all the players, employees, your family and your fans. This means that something that lasts for a long time is possible during this journey and is possible to achieve in the memories of so many people.

I showed that the way I could handle this is by having control and peace in the game. It would be abnormal if Chelsea players don’t feel the weight of stress.

Some people thrive with these feelings and love living in that space- I’m sure they will.
