‘Benefit cut for 1m’ and ‘Putin must not play games’
A variety of stories sparked Saturday’s papers, some of which focused on cutting welfare spending in the UK, expected to be announced next week. The Times reported that one million people could lose the benefits of disability, meaning “only the most severely disabled persons can qualify.” There is also a large image in the newspaper, which won the Cheltenham Gold Cup last Friday and Mark Walsh won the Cheltenham Gold Cup.
