Florida police officer drops off pizza for delivery worker stymied by 8-foot alligator
Florida police warned workers that a pizza deliveryman parked on her track Sunday with an alligator in front of the house.
The official has contacted the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission about the crocodile, but the pizza deliveryman arrived at the Bradenton House (about an hour south of Tampa) before the Sunday Trapman arrived.

The official advised the deliveryman to bypass the food at the back of the house, but the 8-foot-long crocodile scared her.

A neighbor looked at the crocodile and called the customer inside the house to warn her.
“Don’t walk through your front door,” the neighbor said on the phone. “There is an alligator there.”
But the hungry customer seemed to have no information and came out of the front door to pick up her food anyway. The residents shouted in shock when the police directed her to return home.
She said, “Oh, my paradise, there is a big crocodile under my car.” “Oh, my lord.”

When the officer continued to call on the woman to go in, she eventually asked about her food, and the officer said he would take it back.
“How much?” the woman asked.
“I don’t know; I’m not a pizza man,” the officer replied.
After realizing that the man who was at the door with food was a policeman, not a deliveryman, the customer told him that she wanted a picture of the crocodile. Later, the officer used the woman’s phone to take some photos of the crocodile.
“FWC catchers moved the crocodile to nearby (and Italian restaurants),” the police department wrote on Facebook.
