Six Nations 2025: Romain Ntamack anger over Garry Ringrose sanction
France’s Florida Romain Ntamack said the terms of his suspension were “completely difficult to understand” after the red card, unlike the sanctions of Garry Ringrose at the Irish Centre.
Ntamack returned to action last weekend in a 42-27 victory in Dublin by Les Bleus after losing two Six Nations games in an opening victory against Wales.
Ringrose was able to exhibit at the finale of the Irish Championship in Italy on Saturday, which took part in only one test – a failure against France – and punished his sack of Wales.
As part of his ban, Ringerros was allowed to calculate a Leinster fixture – a match he was unlikely to play – but Entamarc could not include his Toulouse club game in his penalty.
“There’s something injustice here because I believe our case also involves one of the matches I played for Toulouse,” the 25-year-old said before Saturday’s match against Scotland.
“When 10 days later, the exact opposite (for Ringrose) is the opposite of what the committee told me, it is completely difficult to understand in all forms and forms.
“I think we have to start smashing our fists on the table because it’s time for these decisions to be bad for us and cost us.”
