Under-20 Six Nations: England star Kepu Tuipulotu on grubber kicks and famous rugby family
Throwing a precise ball ball and rolling is still the key aspect, but it is in the place where the best prostitutes in the world thrive.
When 19-year-old Kepu Tuipulotu played against Scotland in six countries under 20 and played a clear game against Scotland with a well-weighted Grubber kick to build another England attempt, Bath Star showed exactly why he was so highly regarded.
Kicking is not fluorine. This precise skill is performed when he is under 18 against South Africa’s Captain England.
“The ability to (kick) comes from throwing balls with my partner and family when I was young.”
“My first XVS coach at Harrow gave me a card-playing license. I didn’t try to use it a lot, but it allowed me to put the ball into the space.
“This has been transferred to me because it can show that I am not the typical standard whore who hits the ball, rolls and throws the front.”
Throwing the ball in the back garden won’t make every hopeful young man improve, but it helps when you come from a rugby family like Tuipulotu.
His father Sione played a big career in Wales with Pontypool, Caerphilly and Newport Gwent Dragons, and also participated in two Rugby World Cups in Tonga.
His sister Sisilia played for Wales and his cousin Carwyn Tuipulotu for Wales under 20 and is now impressed in France PAU in 14 clubs After leaving Scarlet recently.
That’s just the beginning of the football family tree. Wales’ eighth-ranked Taulupe Faltau is another cousin, Scottish captain Sione and his younger brother Mosese Tuipulotu also play for Edinburgh.
Former England internationals Billy and Mako Vunipola and their young cousin Cousin Manu, now in Japan’s Mie Honda Heat, who is also cousin, further added the rugby legacy after playing for England and Saracens under 20.
Whether it was Faletau’s competition at Bath College, giving his little cousin some feedback, or Billy’s simple text – the 19-year-old has always been happy to rely on his family relationship.
He added: “I like to let them tear them apart in their own way, and as a young player I can take part of their game and put it into my game.”
“I tried to bring Carwyn’s ability to carry the ball into my game, Sisilia’s ability to play, dual pumps, unload or run hardlines, and Faletau’s ability to be everywhere.
“Having my family and my extended family play rugby helped inspire me to be as good as they do.”
