Six Nations: England match is like Wales’ World Cup final – Jamie George
England vice captain Jamie George said Cardiff’s Six Nations finale would be Wales’ “World Cup final” as they tried to end a 16-game streak.
The two sides fought for the title on Saturday to win their first title since 2020.
But Wales will be desperate to stop their record against their biggest competitors, George said.
“Welsh will be so motivated – England is very motivated to Wales in Cardiff,” the prostitute Tell the BBC’s Rugby League weekly podcast.
“It will be their World Cup final. In Cardiff, it’s no better than Wales against England.”
England recovered to win three games with a bounce after losing in Dublin on the opening weekend – a fourth victory would have allowed them to be better if France had a final day against Scotland.
