Egypt: President El-Sisi Meets Prime Minister, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities

President El-Sisi’s executive position in the Housing Project Department, which includes projects allocated to Egyptians within the framework of efforts to strengthen the bond between Egyptians, including projects allocated to Egyptians, said Mohamed El Shennawy, a spokesman for the presidency. The administrative steps taken within the framework of the Egyptian Initiative and the Bet Elvatan Initiative were reviewed to provide housing and land for Egyptian expats in outstanding locations within the governor or new cities.
President El-Sisi has introduced directives to speed up the construction work of your home in Egypt and the Beit El-Watan initiative, which underscores the importance of strengthening efforts to provide adequate housing for all Egyptian citizens. The President stressed the need for an estimated total of about 400,000 units of housing units, with the lowest income citizens and the fastest time above average and luxury housing. The president praised the new housing projects currently being adopted by the Ministry of Housing, such as housing for all Egyptians, diarrhea and Zelal projects.
The meeting also followed the implementation status of many development projects, especially in the Northwest Coast region. President El-Sisi stressed the need for ongoing communication with the company to accelerate the pace of project implementation and to follow up regularly to ensure that projects are completed in the best way, leading to the development of these assets and to gain from it within the framework of supporting tourism and realizing Egypt’s development vision.
The President has introduced directives to strengthen efforts to maximize the benefits of advanced infrastructure achieved in the state over the past few years, which underscores the importance of regular follow-up to projects currently underway. This is complementary to the status and procedures of the residential unit that will be built in the next phase.
