African Modernism Gains Recognition at Tefaf Fair and Venice Biennale
Ayo Adeyinka, founder of Tafeta Gallery, celebrates the growing awareness of African modernism in the international art world. At the Venice Biennale, the works of 20th-century African artists, including Ben Enwonwu and Uche Okeke, were presented for the first time.
