England v Italy: Tommaso Menoncello and Juan Ignacio Brex

Menoncello is a promising footballer who competed with Juventus’ Youth Team before sports interests turned elliptical, and he used to watch Bret from the stands.

When he got a close-up view, he was 18 years old and a senior team known as Treviso was injured.

Menoncello recalls: “‘nacho’ was the first person to take me to the team and he kept taking me under his wings.”

Butttoon remembers the impression left by the new and old colleagues left by the teenager Menoncello.

“Everyone said ‘wow’. He’s like now. We realize he can do super things, he has superpowers. It’s really exciting.”

They have been inseparable ever since.

As Menoncello recovered from a shoulder injury that kept him from entering the 2023 Rugby World Cup, they have been the starting center combination in Italy’s next 13 games.

They fill the same attractions for their clubs, giving their combination a smooth sheen.

“We went to training together, in the locker room, in the back meeting, in the gym,” Bretun said. “Maybe I spent more time with him than with his family! That’s the truth!”

This proximity is part of the Italian power. They have fewer players, but there are fewer club patterns.

English-Tou and Menoncello are two of the 16 Treviso players in Italy’s six national teams.

“I’m much better than the players and people I have to play with guys from another club,” Brett Ton said.

“It’s different from playing with the people you meet every day – it’s a big part of our game.”

Brex and Menoncello saw the same power in another Portmanteau midfielder: “Huwipulotu”, also known as Glasgow and Scotland’s No. 1 Choice Centre Sione Tuipotu and Huw Jones.

Menoncello stands out from the collective last year and becomes the second Italian A player who won the Six Nations Championship Award.

“I want to prove myself and prove to the world that I can be at this level and can further improve my game,” he said.

“But it’s hard. Of course, I’ve got more attention to me, I’ve seen the team defend me, look at me, look forward to these runs.”
