“I just want to talk about girls.”

Cat Burns can’t figure out what she thinks on her new track.

Called – You guessed it right – girl! She said it marked a transformation in her more “serious” record, and it was the footage of her writing music.

“I don’t think I’ve ever had such a song,” she said. “Especially for all queer girls.”

She said she is leaning towards a new era where she is becoming more and more confident in celebrating her sexual desire.

The 24-year-old singer has enjoyed the rise of meteorites over the past few years.

Her single was released in 2020 and was all the rage on Tiktok in 2023 – rising to second place on the charts and pushing Burns to a Brits Critics Choice Award nomination later that year.

She told BBC Newsbeat that it has similar songs “super important”, especially growing up and figuring out who you are.

“It’s great to know that people like you exist and are free to exist,” she said.

“And I think the ‘funny’ of this song can be to people who are not lesbians, queer or bi or we’re just normal humans, and they like people like that.”

Over the past year, queer women have publicly written charts about strange women about homosexual relationships that dominate more than once.

Good luck with Chappell Roan, baby! It tells the story of a woman who falls in love with a woman who works hard to reach a deal with her sexual desire and stays in the UK for 16 weeks.

Billie Eilish Claims that she was being played by variety show Magazine In 2023, she followed up with her album “Fight Me”, which included a single lunch I longed for women.

The billboard describes the track, which ranks second in the UK chart, is “Glorious Queer Awakening”.

Before that, though, mainstream pop songs celebrate authentic lesbian relationships with slim options.

With Katy Perry’s debut in 2008, I kissed a girl.

It was “a wonderful pop song,” Cat said, but nothing is more in-depth than the first phase of exploring sexual behavior.

“I think it’s always good when we make room and provide space for lesbian and queer artists, and as we move further into the journey, we can talk about it.”

“In places that are less curious and try…and more like: ‘No, I love it now and really researched my experience as a queer woman.”

‘We are not a boulder’

The more you sound, the more you sound.

“For different types of queer artists, there is more representation and more space, it can help portray what the community really likes and the people who are present in that community.

“Having people like Reneé Rapp and Chappell Roan, and hopefully people like me, we start showing people that we are not a boulder, we are different across the spectrum.”

Cat, who Previously talked about her ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosisShe said she was “into many different groups” and wanted to celebrate the difference.

“I just want to keep showing people that we are not all,” she said.

“What you know may not always be true.”

As for why more artists seem to be comfortable writing about their sexuality, Cats attribute it to social media and other artists who have been to before.

“Social media allows more queer artists to shravaka,” she said.

“In terms of safety, before the hardship. There are a lot of icons that pave the way.

“I’m really happy to be able to write a song like a girl so that I can be received as I did before and be able to be open to it.”

As more artists celebrate the LGBT community loudly, Cat said the fan base now has the opportunity to support their support loudly.

“The LGBTQ+ community, we are a very hard-working fan base,” she said. “We love our favorite artists and will always do it.”

“We advocate and love a lot of straight song artists, which is great.

“Bur, I think it’s great that over the past five to ten years, we have now enabled queer artists to be embraced and loved by our own communities.”
