Luke Littler reached the semifinals of the British Open, defeating Gian van Veen 10-4.
The 18-year-old PDC world champion led 3-2 in the first five of the 19 best matches as the Dutch tried to keep pace.

Littler told ITV4: “Jian and I played many times, we both played against each other and we just wanted to keep moving forward.” “That definitely helped me.
“I’m very happy with my performance. It’s another win and I’m back to my last game tonight.”
Littler will find his opponent in the final four matches of the match, and the winner will receive a top prize of £110,000 once all quarter-finals are completed.
Northern Ireland’s Josh Rock will also make the semi-finals as he sees a brief counterattack from Nathan Aspinall, defeating the British 10-7 in the quarterfinals.
