Huawei Ranks Among South Africa’s Top Employers For Eight Years In A Row

Huawei South Africa’s status as a top employer, accredited by the top employer institute in the eighth year of 2025, reflects the company’s significant impact on the local employment environment. This ongoing recognition highlights Huawei’s huge investment in its employees and the company in creating a positive working environment.

Based on its human resources strategy and positive contribution to the world of work, the institute has certified over 2,400 companies from 125 global companies.
Huawei’s presence in Africa is also recognized, with a total of 14 representative offices with the highest employer certifications in sub-Saharan Africa, a significant increase from last year’s 12.
