HPThe latest Spectre Convertible is an expensive proposition – you can buy a nice one Laptop computer Plus a separate tablet, the price is the same. But if you’re looking for something that can play both roles, this powerful advanced computer is a pleasure.
this Two-in-one laptop Design does not harm the aesthetic at all. Its dark blue chassis stands out from the swamp of monochrome laptops, while the sliced corners have a pleasant minimalist aesthetic, as do the thin baffle around the display cabinet. exist pill In mode, the magnet secures the screen to the chassis, and despite having a 14-inch screen, it doesn’t easily weigh 1.4 kg. My reservations about design are the lack of ports: you get a USB-A port on the right and two USB-C ports on the left – that’s it.
this keyboard There was a comfortable layout and I quickly found myself typing at full speed, enjoying the action as my fingers bounced positively from each keystroke to the next. The tactile touchpad simulates clicks by generating vibrations. I can take it or leave it, but I absolutely love its smooth texture.
The star designed is 14 inches, 2,880 x 1,800 OLED touchscreen. On the surface, this isn’t that great: it covers 86% of the DCI-P3 color range, with an average peak brightness of 366CD/m2. However, it offers bright colors that make games and videos look richer, brighter and more solid than the numbers suggest.
The posture hiding above the display is surprising Camera. Great, actually. Exceptionally, it provides ultra-high definition, 4K Resolution and image quality are cut on most competitor laptops: My cheeks look rosy, my surroundings look bright and colorful, and in some way the window behind me is not blown up.
Audio performance is also pleasant thanks to a pair of top shots Speaker. I heard “It’s like the end” and only the thief, immediately entering the groove.
The opening percussion is on the blow, the vocals are clear and loud, and the guitar chords and riffs are bright and urgent.
Basic Ghost X360 14 with one Intel The Core Ultra 5 125H CPU, 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD are priced at £1,499, but I reviewed the premium model with the core Ultra 7 155h, 32GB RAM and 2TB of storage. Not surprisingly, this high-end hardware lets me open dozens of chrome labels and a few Youtube There was no stuttering in the video at all. In Geekbench, Spectre scores soared by 12,358, or even surpassed M3 MacBook ProThe score is 11,968.
One area of compromise is graphics performance. The HP Spectre X360 14 relies on an integrated Intel Arc GPU, in Civilization VI:
Gathering storms Benchmark, it only accepts 36fps on average at 1080p. In other words, this is great for casual games, but hardcore gamers will ask for something more capable.
The ultimate strength is battery life. Have power processor And there is no separation GPU For driving, the Spectre X360 14 lasted 11 hours and 1 minute of web surfing, longer than almost all Intel laptops we’ve tested previously – despite the ridiculousness of the M3 MacBook Pro lasting 17 hours and 16 minutes. The heat is also well managed: after 15 minutes of video streaming, we measured the maximum temperature of 39°C under the chassis, which is on the warm side, but if you want to use the ghost on your own, It’s easy to tolerate the circle.
The new HP Spectre X360 14 is difficult to break down. It’s a fast, beautifully designed laptop with a rich screen, excellent performance and battery life, and the convenience of tent and tablet modes. Gamers will want a more powerful graphics chip, but as a universal productivity and entertainment companion, this laptop is a star that justifies its high price.
