Small and medium-sized businesses worried about file sharing security and privacy can relax easily with Tresorit. A great feature Cloud Service is its zero-knowledge policy, which provides end-to-end AES-256 encryptionMoreover, companies never store keys or passwords, so only account holders and users can access their data.
Tresorit has good value and, to its credit, has not seen prices rise in the past four years, while the business plus the stable review plan is stable at £12.83 per month, which is charged annually. It’s a good choice for small and medium-sized businesses: It takes all the features of the standard plan and doubles it Cloud Storage To 2TB per user, Treblos has a maximum single file size of up to 15GB and provides 100 file transfer history.
as well as File Sharingsynchronization, user and group management, and Outlook, Outlook 365 and Gmail integration, it allows custom portal branding and access audit logs. There are also 12 global data center locations that can be selected for businesses in the data residency jurisdiction.
Deployment is fast. You use the Tresorit admin center to send invitations to your users, and when they click on the message link, they can create an account and select a password. You don’t have to worry about users forgetting it, as advanced control features include password reset services.
Once the user downloads the desktop application, it will create a personal “tresor” – the name of the Tresorit, for secure, encrypted folders. You can reach your storage limit with an unlimited number of TRESORs, and the application can also create quick access to Windows Explorer drive maps or MacOS Finder Favorites folders.
Users can share their TRESORS with selected team members by selecting and setting permissions for management, editing, or viewing only from the desktop app contact list. Two types of tresors are supported: the entire content of a classic folder can be shared, while the next generation folder allows sharing of specific subfolders therein.
Tresorit brings the next generation of features that align with classic folders, and you can now create and email links to share their files and subfolders. You can also use encrypted links to place files requested by external partners in the next generation folder, including those without a TRESORIT account.
Integration with third-party applications has also been improved. Tresorit now directly with Microsoft Team,We use the Team Management Console to decide which users can install the TRESORIT add-in on their Teams desktop application. Once logged in, they are able to access and share selected Tresors with other team users, upload or download files and create file requests, all from their team apps.
Users can access the optional Esign digital signature service from the team and the Tresorit application. 100 signatures cost £45 per month, you can create an Esign request, select a PDF file and email it. Tresorit users can sign the document with one click, while external users confirm their email address, enter the provided six-digit verification code, and then sign the document.
Safety Functions are extensive, and the management center policy controls all user operations. You can decide the type of device from which they can access their account, prevent users from permanently deleting content, prevent their browser from storing login details, use IP filtering To restrict access from a specific location, enable Single Sign-On (SSO) and enforce two-factor authentication (2FA).
Tresorit doesn’t have the same level of integration as third-party applications as many competitors, but it rises to the top with a strict zero-knowledge encryption strategy. Good value and ease of use make it an excellent choice for small and medium-sized businesses with cloud file sharing security at the top of their agenda.
