Six Nations: England move into title mix with win over Scotland
In golf, the third round is a “move day.” It was a watershed in a tournament, with competitors rising and pretenders washed away.
They say you can’t win the championship on Moving Day, but you can certainly lose the championship.
The third round officially proved to be the six countries of England and Scotland, which is a huge difference.
The Irish leader was shaky, in the death of Cardiff, France’s Dublin and the upcoming prospects of Italy and Wales – both with obvious reward points of birdie chances – England in the title.
Scotland is not.
This is a big difference, it is a point edge and a few millimeter edge.
England has spent a lot of time on the last six months in terms of mistakes and narrow bodies in the last quarter.
