Penny Phillips: Penny Phillips is the president and co-founder of Rounter Strategic Wealth in New Jersey. Prior to her founding journey, she founded Thrivos Consulting, a practice management coaching company. Penny holds leadership roles in the financial services industry, including living in New York. She received a dual degree in economics and corporate financing from Macaulay Honors College in CUNY. Penny was born and raised in New York City, where she lives today.
