Four women who claimed they were sexually abused by social media influencer Andrew Tate urged the United States not to interfere in his case in Romania.

The women said there were reports that U.S. officials were asking Romania to relax travel restrictions on Tate and his brother Tristan Tate, who were “very concerned” that their brother was traveling with dual British nationality.

Matthew Jury, a lawyer representing four alleged victims, told the BBC they were “absolutely confused as to why the Trump administration decided to intervene in this way”.

Tate, 38, and his brother were arrested in Romania three years ago and faced trial on allegations of rape, trafficking in minors and money laundering, which they denied.

In addition, British police were wanted by police for allegations of rape and human trafficking, which they also denied. Once the Romanian case is over, they will be extradited to the UK.

The Financial Times first reported Last week, U.S. officials filed a case with the Romanian government, followed by Trump’s envoy Richard Grenell over the weekend.

A source told the newspaper that the U.S. has requested the brothers’ passports to be returned to them so that they can travel while waiting for a criminal case to be completed against them.

The Tate brothers are currently banned from leaving Romania, although No more arrests.

Romanian Foreign Ministry Emil Hurezeanu Confirm with Euronews Grenell joined him in bringing up Tate’s case, who Grenell said he was “interested in the fate of the Tate Brothers”. The minister denied that this constituted pressure on Americans.

Mr. Hurezeanu’s spokesperson Tell the Financial Times: “The Romanian courts are independent and operated under the law with due process.”

According to the newspaper, Grenell said he had no “substantial conversation” with Hurezeanu, but added: “I support the Tate Brothers, which is proven by my publicly available tweets.”

The BBC has contacted the U.S. State Department.

“Air Light”

The Tate Brothers have gained extensive support on right-wing social media and have supported Trump during the U.S. election.

“From the Trump administration’s social media posts and public statements, it’s clear that there is a lot of support for Tate.

“They either don’t know or they don’t care about the nature of these allegations and how serious they are,” he told BBC Newsight.

He said the women he represented were “absolutely upset.”

“It’s incredibly traumatic to see the most powerful people in the world support their so-called abusers…it’s a kind of air lamp.”

He said the reported U.S. action “seriously interfered with my client’s right to just trial and due process.”

The jury represented four women in a civil case in the British High Court after the Crown Prosecution decided not to file a lawsuit. The Tate brothers denied this claim.

The civil case is separated from the criminal charges currently being investigated by the British police.

The four women added in the statement: “We want Romanian and British authorities to do their jobs alone.”

Shadow Attorney General Robert Jenrick also warned the United States not to intervene, saying the Tate brothers “must face our judicial system.”

“The authorities in the UK should not be limited to any obstacles. The government must make this clear to its American counterparts.”

Tate is a self-proclaimed misogynist who has been rejected by social media platforms before.

He was a Taekwondo player who won millions of followers online and lived in Romania for many years, and had lived in the UK in the UK.
