Mitchell Starc: Australia seamer opts out of Champions Trophy

Australian seam Mitchell Starc opted out of the championship trophy.

Steve Smith was appointed captain of Travis Head in the absence of Cummins.

The championship trophy will begin on February 19, with Australia’s first match against England on February 22.
