A police officer denied that he claimed that he had suffered from the harassment of Chelsea and Australia forward Samantha Kerr, “purely for this online crime.”

When asked if he was “determined” to chase Ms. Kerr through the Criminal Court, the official replied: “Yes.”

Ms. Forbes said: “CPS is determined to have no harassment, alarm or trouble.”

“(I) suggest that you have experienced this effect purely to obtain criminal charges.”

PC Lovell denies this.

Prosecutor Bill Emlyn Jones KC asked PC Lovell, and whether he was worried that he described his feelings when he issued his first statement.

During the re -inspection, PC Lovell said Ms. Kerr’s words made him feel “degraded and frustrated.”

He added: “I didn’t do something to charge online.”

PC Lovell told the court that he said in the second statement that Ms. Kerr’s words made him feel “shocked, frustrated and humiliated.” She commented on the race “too far, and I committed a great attack on them.”

He prosecuted and asked him to ask the statement is true, he answered “yes”.

The court conducted a voluntary recording of a voluntary interview conducted by Ms. Kerl on January 30, 2023.

Ms. Kyle initially said that she didn’t remember the word “stupid and white” to PC Stephen Lovell.

After she was played, the police’s body -worn lens was asked if she made PC Lovell harass, shocked or painful.

She said, “No, not at all.”

When asked if she knew if she could be considered a racist, she replied in the interview: “I know you can be considered as racists.”
