Rwanda illegally occupying Goma, says Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner

The country’s Foreign Minister told Broadcasting Corporation that Rwanda is illegally occupying the Democratic Republic of the Congo and trying to plan the regime change.
Thérèsekayikwambawagner said that the world allows Rwanda President Paul Kagame for decades of guilty punishment and failed to make him responsible for violations of international law.
Her comments were published in the M23 rebels supported by Rwanda to capture the city of Gama in the Congo City, and threatened to continue to attack the capital Kinshasa, the latter is 2,600 kilometers (1,600 miles).
Rwida’s government spokesman Yolande Makolo denied the allegations and said that his troops were only deployed to prevent the conflict from spreading to his territory.
Ms. Makolo told BBC’s “News Day Plan”: “We are not interested in war, we are not interested in mergers, and we are not interested in changes in power.”
The Southern African Development Community (SADC), consisting of 16 members of the regional group (SADC), held a special meeting in Zimbabwe on Friday to discuss the situation of Dr. Congo.
Southern African Development Community has sent the peaceful forces (mainly from South Africa) to Dr. Congo to combat armed groups like M23, and after decades of turmoil, peace has been restored in a rich mineral area.
In the past week, 16 soldiers from southern African countries were killed in the M23 conflict around Goma.
Rwanda President Kagame said in a public quarrel with his South Africa that the African Union forces “not maintain a peaceful troops and have no position in this case.”
As M23 captured a large area of Beijiwo Province near Goma, the battle exacerbated the humanitarian crisis of Dr. Congo.
Shelley Thakral, the UN World Grain Program (WFP), said the city’s residents had exhausted food, water and medical supplies.
She told AFP: “If you consider the land channel, the air passage, everything is closed, the supply chain is indeed strangled.”
According to the United Nations refugee agency, 400,000 people have been forced to leave home since early 2025.
A spokesperson at Jeremy Laurence, a senior human rights commissioner, said the Congo Army had reported sexual violence.
He said that there are reports that at least 50 women were raped in Nanji, and some of them were raped.
According to the United Nations, since the beginning of the crisis, the M23 has also killed at least 12 people since the beginning of the crisis.
The Rwida spokesman asserted that the country’s troops are consolidating its border to deal with the “repeated violations” of cross -border artillery, including 15 people’s death.
She said: “The Democratic Republic of the Congo needs to do better to make his territorial well. This is their responsibility.”
Ms. Makolo added that Rwanda applied “serious defense and offensive mechanisms” along the border to protect her investment.
She also said that Rwanda was worried about the existence of Dr. Congo, a Militarian Congo who was responsible for the extinction of Rwanda in 1994 and hoped to return to Rwanda to “complete the work.” She accused the Congo authorities in cooperation with these groups.
The Congo Foreign Minister also accused Rwida of occupying Dr. Congo to use its huge mineral resources, such as Gold and Kortan, and this resource was used to create batteries for mobile phones and electric vehicles.
She said: “I think Lwanda should be embarked down in the case of all its mineral exports, and they should not benefit from illegal mining.
Ms. Makolo denied this.
Ms. Wagner called for stopping foreign aid to Luming and putting sanctions on the leaders of “realizing this war”.
She also urged the Rwida troops to be suspended from the Global United Nations to maintain peace.
She said: “We must witness a country with peaceful branches in other countries, and it is a warm country in the Great Lake area.”
United Nations experts said last year that Rwida drove 3,000 to 4,000 soldiers in M23 in the Eastern Congo Dr. M23.
When the army of DC Congo fought with the M23 rebels, the human rights observation form had warned civilians’ risk upgrades. Humanitarian groups have accused the two sides of serious abuse to civilians.
UN Secretary -General Antonio Guterres warned that the current conflict may be upgraded to a wider regional war.
Uganda’s army said it would strengthen its defense ability with the Border Border with the Congo to cope with the increase in battle.
Dr. Congo is a vast country, about two -thirds of Western Europe, bordering nine different countries.
In the 1990s, the previous conflict of the country was caused by several neighbors and was called “African World War”.
