South Africa’s DA Party Declares Dispute Over Key Government Policies

The Party Democratic Alliance (DA) Party of South Africa (DA) has announced a dispute with the National Unity Government (GNU) on the grounds that it lacks consultation on key bills for health and land. DA leader John Steenhuisen criticized the African National Congress (ANC) because his alliance members occupied the onlookers of their compatriots and asserted that DA would not be reduced to the audience. ANC, President Cyril Ramaphosa, established GNU after losing a majority seat to defend its agenda. However, the party expressed his willingness to interact with DA. The main points of the main points include the National Health Insurance Act designed to provide general medical care, as well as the new land collection method signed by Lama Tosa. DA believes that this is unconstitutional. At the same time, another alliance partner Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) also paid attention to the requisition bill, which shows that the unified government’s tensions within their transformation policies are increasing.
