Bobsleigh World Cup: Great Britain win four-man gold in St Moritz
Britain’s leading four-man bobsleigh team, driven by Brad Hall, claimed their second World Cup win of the season in St. Moritz.
Hall, along with teammates Taylor Lawrence, Alan Gulliver and Leon Greenwood, led Team GB to victory by 0.21 seconds at the legendary Swiss circuit.
Germany’s World Cup leader Francesco Friedrich was second, with compatriot Johannes Lochner third.
Hall won his fifth career World Cup Four, cementing his second place in the season’s overall standings with 1,044 points and helping cut Friedrich’s lead to 51 points.
Friedrich has won the World Cup four-man bobsled overall title in the past six seasons and won three of the four events prior to this season.
After leading the fastest time in the first round by 0.13 seconds, Hall expanded his advantage in the second round and won with a total time of 2 minutes and 11.59 seconds.

The sixth leg of the eight-race World Cup quad series will be played at the same track on Sunday.
