Ross County condemn jeers during Saturday’s silence

Ross County said they were shocked by the behavior of a small group of fans during a minute’s silence in Dingwall on Saturday.

Jeering and several flares erupted from the prison stands ahead of their Scottish Cup fourth round home clash with Livingston.

Law, who died on Friday aged 84, was born in Aberdeen and was the only Scottish player to win the Ballon d’Or, which is awarded annually to the world’s best footballer.
