The rookie quarterback had a stellar performance, and the Commanders narrowly beat the Buccaneers on a last-second long field goal. Washington now travels north to Detroit to face the NFC’s top seed. The Lions earned a first-round bye with a league-best 15-2 record this season and will begin their quest for the franchise’s first Super Bowl title on Saturday night.
