The 2 Big Reasons We’re Dying to Test a New Robot Mower Launched at CES 2025
If you asked me a week ago about home technology CES 2025 What I’m most excited about is that a new robotic lawn mower won’t make the top five. But with the introduction of the Lymow One, a mower with track tracks (tank wheels) and a mulching blade, it’s now at the top of my list of targets to haul home for testing before spring.
You see, raking is an outdoor task that I simply can’t stand, and a lazy homeowner ordered a robot that handles the job for me – or BookedI should say.
The first robotic lawn mower to mulch leaves
While we haven’t tested it yet, we’ve learned that the Lymow One ($1,999) is the first robotic lawn mower that can mulch leaves, branches, fallen fruit, and other debris. It also has crawler tracks (think tank wheels) that allow it to travel over rough, rocky terrain and even roll right over certain obstacles, such as small steps.

A Lymow representative told CNET that the mulching blades are a shift from the previous horizontal shear blades and are strong enough to mow grass and mulch debris like leaves, fruit, pinecones and twigs in wet or dry conditions. The same high-speed rotating mulching blades combined with a centrifugal fan ensure good trim distribution without any clumping which is robot and Walk-behind lawn mower Same.
Tank-style wheels enable it to traverse any terrain
In addition to covering the blades, the Lymow One relies on superior traction called the Savage Traverse System and tank-like wheels to glide over rough terrain. According to representatives from the brand, the One can clear obstacles up to 2 inches tall, traverse slopes up to 45 degrees, and even climb lower stairs. It also works quickly, covering 1.73 acres in a day.
Advanced navigation without manual restrictions
The One features borderless wireless navigation, which means it can find paths around your yard without manual borders, while LySee navigation combines with RTK satellite positioning and VSLAM for precise area mapping.
According to the company, the latest Lymow robotic lawn mower has the most advanced obstacle recognition and avoidance features in its class, allowing for unobstructed mowing for hours on end: “Lymow is faster and cuts harder than any current robotic lawn mower. Sophisticated and smarter, able to differentiate and adapt its behavior when presented with various options.”
this Limo One Pre-orders are available now for $1,999. Orders are scheduled for delivery in April, just in time for lawn mowing season.
