Regan Grace: Cardiff sign Bath’s ex-rugby league winger
Winger Regan Grace has signed with Cardiff City for the remainder of the 2024-25 season after joining from Bath.
The 28-year-old rugby league player is a target for Cardiff City manager Matt Sherratt, who is without several injured players.
But the six-month deal at Arms Park could be extended beyond this season.
“I’ve always been excited about Cardiff City – it’s a big club with a lot of history and a lot of legends have played here,” said Grace.
“Coming back home to play football is something I’ve always wanted to do, so it’s a great opportunity to do it in the capital.
“I know all the two-code legends who have played for or walked through Cardiff very well, so it’s very cool to follow in those footsteps.”
It’s the latest twist in Grace’s transition from league to league following Wales’ unexpected tour of Australia last summer.
