Injured Chelsea duo Sam Kerr and Mia Fishel to travel to Portugal
Chelsea forwards Sam Cole and Mia Fischer will travel with the team to Portugal for a winter training camp to continue their recovery from injuries.
Australian international Kerr, 31 years old, anterior cruciate ligament injury (ACL) was injured in January 2024 and has not played in more than a year.

The 23-year-old American forward Fisher also suffered the same injury in February 2024 while training with the national team.
Both players will travel to Portugal but will not train with the team but will continue their recovery.
England international Lauren James, who has been sidelined with a calf injury since October, has also been named in the squad and is set to return.
Chelsea currently lead the Women’s Super League table by six points and have reached the quarter-finals of the Women’s Champions League.
