No Apple TV Plus? No Worries: You Can Stream It for Free This Weekend
For those of you who haven’t seen Apple original series like “Ted Russo,” “Shrink,” “Severance” and “The Morning Show,” you may want to rethink your weekend plans.
The company announced on Monday that it will offer Stream its original series and movies for free on Apple TV Plus Saturday and Sunday, January 4 and January 5, no subscription required. In a post shared on the X social media site, the Apple TV Plus account said: “See for yourself this weekend.”
Apple’s “weekend” may start early. a separate Apple Press Release on Monday gives the dates as January 3-5 (although the accompanying video shows January 4-5). So it seems likely that the free screenings will begin sometime on Friday, possibly later in the day. We’ve reached out to Apple for clarification.
