Alex Neil: Millwall appoint ex-Preston, Sunderland and Stoke boss
Millwall have appointed former Preston, Sunderland and Stoke City manager Alex Neil as head coach on a “long-term” contract.
The 43-year-old took over in August 2022 and most recently coached the Potters before being sacked just over 12 months ago.
Neil was promoted from the Championship as Norwich City manager in 2015, replacing Neil Harris, who was on his second spell in charge of the Lions The month is over.
