How to Adjust and Change Your iPhone’s Control Center in iOS 18
Apple releases iOS 18.2 On December 11, more than a month after the company launched iOS 18.1. This update brings more Apple Intelligence features, such as Genmon Temple and ChatGPT integrates Sirifor some iPhones. While iOS 18.2 brings new features and bug fixes to your iPhone, iOS 18 gives you even more ways to customize your iPhone. The operating system lets you customize your lock screen and Home screenand your control center.
Control Center launched in 2013 iOS 7. At the time, Control Center allowed you to control some iPhone features, like screen brightness, and some apps, like the calculator. From there, you can add certain features and apps to your page, such as low-power mode and annotations. With iOS 18, you can add any apps and features you want to Control Center.

How to add controls to Control Center in iOS 18
1. Unlock your iPhone and swipe down from the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click the plus sign (+) Log in at the top left corner of the screen.
3. tap Add a control Near the bottom of the screen.
There are many accessibility controls you can add to Control Center.
You can search for controls in the search bar at the top of the new menu, or scroll through different controls. Some of the controls include old favorites like Screen Recording, as well as new controls like Tap for Cash or Ping My Watch.
There’s also a shortcut called “Open App” that turns any other app on your iPhone into a control. You can only open apps with this control, but you can use it to clean up your home screen or keep all your favorite apps in one place for quick access.
Even after filling the page, you can add as many controls to the Control Center as you like. After you populate the first Control Center page, the next control you add will appear on the new page, similar to how adding new apps to your home screen will continually add new home screens. To access other Control Center pages, swipe up or down on Control Center, or tap the correct page symbol on the far right side of the Control Center screen.
When Apple released iOS 18.1, it added new individual connection controls to enable and disable features like VPN and Bluetooth. Prior to this update, these controls would appear in the Connect tile or on the Connect page in Control Center, but you couldn’t add them as your own controls.
How to customize apps and features in Control Center
You can also make the control larger to make it easier to access. Some controls can be converted into tiles, while others, such as music, can become their own Control Center page. Here’s how to resize apps and features.

You can rearrange controls in this new view. Click the plus sign (+) in the upper left corner of Control Center, press and drag the control to its new location, just like you would on the Home screen.
