Brentford boss Thomas Frank believes the incident involving Joao Pedro during his side’s 0-0 draw with Brighton should have resulted in a red card.
The Video Assistant Referee ruled there was no violence after the incident, with the Seagulls striker throwing an elbow at Brentford’s Jehor Yarmolyuk but missing.
