iPhone Face ID Not Working? Try Fixing It With These Steps

Wipe iPhone’s front camera

To make sure your iPhone can see your face clearly when using Face ID, try wiping the front-facing camera. Apple recommends wiping your phone with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and avoiding cleaning products.
Set up an alternate appearance
You can set an alternate look for Face ID in your iPhone’s Settings menu.
