Tottenham injury news: Ben Davies suffers setback as Spurs could be without fit centre-back
After Dragusian limped off in the 87th minute of the 1-0 loss to Forest, Spurs replaced 18-year-old Archie Gray in the backline, while midfielder Yves Bissouma serves as central defender.
Defender Jed Spence is also suspended for the 15:00 GMT game against Wolves, with Postkoglu saying the injury crisis is the worst he has faced in his managerial career.
“There will always be problems at different times, but never to this extent,” he added.
“I think we’ve almost always had 10 first-team players who haven’t been able to play in important games.
“We’ve had a long period of time and prayed we wouldn’t have any more problems, but the nature of football and the schedule we’ve been through, we’ve been in a delicate position to be able to get through.
“It’s another test for us, but that’s what it is, whatever we need to deal with, we’ll deal with it and be ready for Sunday.”
The defeat against Forest was Spurs’ ninth defeat of the season, which leaves them 11th in the Premier League.
They face Liverpool in the Carabao Cup semi-finals next month and Postkoglu says he still feels the support of the club’s fans despite growing pressure and criticism for his attacking style.
“They love their football club, they care about their football club and they want their football club to succeed,” the Australian said. “They allow these feelings and emotions to be seen.
“I haven’t felt anything but support since I’ve been here. I still feel the support is there. I will continue to do what I think is right and bring success to this football club and that won’t be the case. Change.”
