Morrisons customers complain More Card discounts not working
Getty ImagesMorrisons customers have been unable to get discounts on their purchases before Christmas due to a problem with their More loyalty cards.
Supermarkets have been advertising huge discounts on Christmas dinner items, including vegetables, over the last week.
But social media users said their discounts weren’t working at the checkout, with one posting a photo of an error message at a self-service checkout that read: “We’re really sorry but some promotions and discounts aren’t working at the moment. ”
The Morrisons website also appears to be down, with “502 bad gateway” error messages showing on some pages.
Morrison has been contacted for comment.
