Bloom Nutrition Greens Review 2024: Is the Trendy Brand Really Worth It?
Health brand Bloom Nutrition has become a popular brand on social media. I saw it on mine Tik Tok “For You” pages and other social media apps in the hands of influencers and content creators. The company is best known for its green powder, which it claims boosts effectiveness immunitybetter promote Digestion and reduce abdominal bloating. I tested it to see if it lived up to the hype.
I received two flavors Greens and Superfoods from Bloom Nutrition powder. As someone who drinks vegetable powder every morning, I experience the benefits of starting the day with an extra serving of vegetables, plus adding vitamins, Nutrients, Probiotics, Antioxidants and Adaptogens (Herbs to help you cope better with stress) – All ingredients are sourced from the finest green vegetable powders. Since consistently drinking the greens powder, I’ve noticed an increase in energy, and I feel like my gut health has improved as well.
I stopped drinking regular green powder brands and tried a social media famous green powder for a week. This is my honest Bloom Nutrition Greens review.
What is green powder?
green powder is a dietary supplement that helps you get the recommended daily intake of vitamins and minerals from vegetables and minerals super food. People often use green powders as an easier way to get their hands on fruits, leafy greens, and other vegetables. Additionally, green powders often contain probiotics, nutritional extracts, and herbs.
Add green powder to 8 to 12 fluid ounces of water, smoothies, or other beverages and drink. If you don’t like the taste, try masking it with your favorite tea, juice, milk, lemonade, yogurt, or protein shake.
What is Bloom Nutrition?
I recommend using an electric mixer to mix the green powder with your favorite drink.
Bloom Nutrition was founded in 2019 by a married couple who wanted to make supplements with high-quality ingredients that actually tasted good. Today, Bloom Nutrition offers green leaf powders, collagen peptide powders, whey protein isolates, pre-workouts, high-energy pre-workouts, matcha, mood-boosting vitamins, fish oil supplements and multivitamins.
For this review, I only tested Bloom’s Greens and Superfood Blend. This powder supplement is gluten, dairy and soy free. A 5-gram scoop of green vegetables contains 15 calories, 3 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 0.6 milligrams of iron, and 5 milligrams of sodium. This powder contains a blend of seven different nutrients. It contains 1,606 grams of fiber blend, 1,367 grams of green superfood blend, 648 mg of probiotic blend, 572 mg of fruit and vegetable blend, 550 mg of antioxidant blend, 150 mg of digestive enzyme blend and 100 mg of adaptogenic blend. Vegetables also contain 57 to 95 mg, depending on flavor Stevia extract.
How much does Bloom cost?
30 days worth of a tub of Bloom Greens & Superfoods for any flavor $40and the cost of a 60-day barrel of any flavor $75. This price does not include shipping. Taste and texture
I tried the original and citrus flavors.
Flavored Bloom Greens & Superfoods powders are very sweet. Compared to the original, the citrus flavor is by far the best. I tried both flavors first, with just water, and the original was too earthy for me. The citrus flavor is better, but a little too sweet for me. After some trial and error, I found that the best way to drink blooms’ leafy greens is to add them to orange juice. (Just add water to the greens powder I drink every morning and enjoy it.) There’s a lot of stevia extract in a small spoonful, and I don’t like it too sweet, so I needed something to help hide that taste. No matter which Bloom flavor you choose, I recommend mixing it with juice or smoothies. You won’t be able to consume it with just water.
The texture is a little rough, but depending on the liquid you use to mix it, it’s barely noticeable. This is especially helpful if you have a whisk or a small electric mixer to help mix. However, I found that if you don’t drink it within 5 minutes, the green powder separates and sinks to the bottom. I don’t like this because the powder and flavor become too concentrated towards the end of the drink.
Does Bloom work?
I can’t say for sure if Bloom is effective. I didn’t see any change in the bloating (no improvement, but no worsening of symptoms either). While Bloom Nutrition claims to help with bloating and digestion, these claims have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. I have only been testing this product for a week, if I had tested this product for longer I might have seen more results. I also don’t take it at the same time every day. For best results, try drinking your greens powder at the same time.
That being said, Bloom may have the potential to make a difference, but not enough of the important vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and adaptogens. For example, The best probiotics on the market Contains 100 million to 50 billion colony forming units. Bloom’s added probiotics don’t list CFU at all. Additionally, the Bloom weighs 1,606 grams fiber blendHowever, the listed dietary fiber content is only 2 grams, which is only 7% of the daily recommended amount.
When comparing Bloom to another popular green powder brand, AG1the competitor contains 7,388 mg of a superfood blend and 2,732 mg of a blend of herbs and antioxidants. Both of these are almost twice the size in Bloom. Two scoops equal one scoop from your competitor. Finally, the nutritional facts on the back of the Bloom Greens & Superfoods container also don’t tell you how much of each blend is in it.

If you are considering any product from Bloom Nutrition, I would first encourage you to research similar products on the market. There are probably better options. On the other hand, if you need a dietary supplement to fill nutritional gaps in your diet, this green powder brand is not for you. While a serving of Bloom has added fiber and iron, it’s not enough to make a difference for those with diabetes. iron deficiency Or need more fiber. It also doesn’t add enough vitamins, nutrients or probiotics. In my opinion you’d better add a Extra servings of vegetables into your daily diet.
