Tottenham: Mauricio Pochettino would like to return one day
Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino said he wanted to return to the North London club one day.
The 53-year-old played the Spurs between 2014 and 2019, leading the club to finish second in the 2016-17 Premier League, the 2015 EFL Cup final and the 2019 Champions League final.
He was fired in November 2019 and then managed Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea before being appointed as U.S. coach in September.

“I’m in the US, so I’m not going to talk about this right now – but what I’m saying is, after six or five years, I’m still deep inside. Yes, I hope to come back one day.”
Pochettino said he maintained a “good relationship” with Daniel Levy despite being fired by the Spurs chairman.
He added: “After nearly six years of life, it’s true, it’s all the things we live together, it’s hard because of all the ups and downs and emotional things we live in.”
“We’re very split. One thing is professional, the other is personal, and now, like the day after we left Tottenham, we always have a very, very good relationship.”
