2025 Six Nations: Blair Kinghorn & Tommy Freeman nominated for player’s award

Scottish defender Blair Kinghorn and England United Tommy Freeman are among the nominees for the 2025 Six Nations Championship Award.

Kinghorn played a top 86 matches and nine breakouts, while Freeman won England’s final victory over Wales at the outside center, becoming the first British man to try to score in every match of the Six Nations campaign.

The two players impressed summer tour in the tournament are contenders for the British and Irish Lions.

They joined the shortlist of four players for influential French Louis Bielle-Biarrey and Italian center Tommaso Menoncello, who won the award last year.

Top try winner Bielle-Biarrey scored eight, the highest number in the six-national era and also received four assists when he won the championship in France.

The powerful Menoncello impressed on both sides of the ball.

The winner will be decided by a fan vote, which will end on Monday, March 24 (22:00 GMT).

Meanwhile, the champion Six Nations team will be announced on Thursday, March 20.
