Four charged with murder after Joanne Penney shooting

Four people are charged with murder after a 40-year-old woman was shot in an apartment building.
Joanne Penney was shot dead on Sunday in Green Park in Talbot Green in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Police said they are considering several inquiries, including Ms. Penny’s possible Victims of Identity.
South Wales police said a fifth person was charged with assisting the criminal. They will all appear before the Cardiff Magistrates on Saturday.
Ms. Penny The family described her As daughter, mother, sister and niece, “has been deeply loved by all who know her.”

The five men and two women accused were:
- Marcus Huntley, 20, of St Mellons, Cardiff, charged with murder
- Melissa Quailey-Dashper, 39, of Leicester, is charged with murder
- Joshua Gordon, 27, of Oadby, Leicestershire, charged with murder
- Tony Porter, 68, from Brauston Township, Leicestershire, was charged with murder and participating in organized crime activities
- Kistina Ginova, 21, of Oadby, Leicestershire, is charged with assisting a criminal
A 32-year-old man was arrested in the Suffolk area Friday night as part of an investigation.
DET chief Ceri Hughes said police are still trying to “patch together” the situation after Ms. Penney’s death.
“I will still urge anyone with information, whether it’s her death or what happened on the property of Llys Illtyd on Sunday night, to step up – the smallest information may be crucial.”
