Marissa Callaghan: Former Northern Ireland captain retires from international football
Former Northern Ireland captain Marissa Callaghan announced his withdrawal from international football.
Callaghan won 91 blocks and led Northern Ireland to the 2022 European Cup final, the country’s first major women’s championship.
The Cliftonville midfielder did not run for Northern Ireland after being excluded from Northern Ireland in October in Croatia’s 2025 European Euro Racing Tournament.
