That $285M Florida House Is Still for Sale—But a Nearby Home Recently Sold for $50M | Global News Avenue

The most expensive home sold in the U.S. last month was on some ground, far from the most expensive home in the country.

The latter house, $285 million home in Manalapan, Florida Investopedia Report last monthstill for sale, is still the most expensive to go on sale. Meanwhile, real estate listed company Redfin said Wednesday that its highest-income homes were sold in the United States last month at a price of only price.

Last month, another nearby home was asking $150 million for the two. Coastal Florida was seven of the 10 highest U.S. home sales last month, while four of the top five were reported, according to Redfin.
