Mana Pools to Undergo Transformation with New Conservation Plan

A partnership between Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Service (Zimparks) and the Peace Park Foundation is underway for a transformative new conservation program for the partnership between Zimbabwe’s Great Mana Pool Ecosystem (Zimparks) in Zimbabwe. This collaborative effort aims to improve biodiversity, strengthen anti-poaching measures and upgrade tourism infrastructure, while also involving local communities. The area is part of the Zambezi-Mana pool, which is home to a variety of wildlife, including endangered species. The program aims to create a sustainable, ecologically prosperous environment that benefits wildlife and local populations.
