Pamela Bach, Baywatch and Knight Rider star, found dead, aged 62
Pamela Bach, former queen actress and ex-wife Pamela Bach, died at the age of 62.
Bach was found at his home in Hollywood Hills on March 5, the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office said.
She met Hasselhoff while performing with him in the TV series “The Rider of the Knights”, and the two got married in 1989.
“Our family is very sad about Pamela Hasselhoff’s recent death,” Hasselhoff said in a statement.
“We are grateful for the pouring of love and support during this difficult time, but we ask for privacy as we grieve and through this challenging time.”
Bach was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and started performing in the 1970s. She and Hasselhoff have two daughters.
Her acting credits include soap opera “Young Man and the Uneasy Cheers, Autumn Guys”, TJ Hook, Super Boy and Viper.
Her daughter Hayley Amber Hasselhoff posted a photo of her parents on Instagram with a white star, a noticeable tribute to her mother.
In her last Instagram post from Bach on New Year’s Eve, she wrote that it’s great to welcome 2025.
She said she was also happy to see her granddaughter London: “Growing up and seeing her smile ignite my world is indeed the greatest blessing”.
She continued: “May 2025 is full of good moments, laughter and all the blessings you can have inside.”
“It’s a precious memory of the year, spreading joy and embracing every precious moment!”
Bach’s representative Sharon Kelly told TMZ that she was shocked by her death.
“My heart pays tribute to her family, her beautiful daughter and granddaughter, Pamela keeps pouring towards and deeply in love.”
