MWC 2025: HMD’s Earbuds Case Can Also Charge Your Phone
Somehow, I always manage to leave the house with a fully charged headphone, but I rarely remember to charge and bring power bank. It doesn’t seem necessary for the former, and the latter is unnecessary – I all need to spend any important day.
Smartphone manufacturer HMD My new magnifying earbuds were announced at my rescue Mobile World Congress Sunday in Barcelona. Hands-on with Amped Earbud Box
I was short-lived with buds on the show and was impressed by the portability of the case – definitely lighter and compact than most power banks. It snatched off the back of my iPhone effortlessly, and I felt that this connection was strong enough that it wouldn’t pop up if I accidentally nudged it. The buds pop out from both ends of the shell, and the magnets provide additional security to keep them in place, so there is no risk of sliding them out. The buds fold from the tip and come in three different sizes, which means you should be able to find one that suits your ears.
These buds also provide positive noise cancellation for a quiet listening experience and eliminate ambient noise to keep your calls well and clear. If you work hard to download dedicated Android or iOS apps, you can also use balanced control.
