Teenager’s Luton school shooting plan ‘extremely shocking’

A council chief said a teenager planned a school shooting after killing three members of his family members “extremely shocked, painful and frustrated.”
Nicholas Prosper shot and killed his mother, Juliana Falcon, 48, at her home in Luton in September, Kyle and 13 A year-old sister Giselle.
