Aston Martin in ‘better place’ as they launch 2025 F1 car says Fernando Alonso
Images of New Aston Martin were released on Sunday. The car will be briefly shaking on the Bahrain track ahead of Monday’s official F1, three-day pre-season test. The season begins with the Australian Grand Prix held in Melbourne from March 14 to 16.

Next year, F1 is arguably the biggest rule change ever, with new engines and new aerodynamic regulations introduced at the same time.
Meanwhile, Aston Martin will transition from using customer Mercedes Engines this year to becoming Honda’s factory team next season.
Their hope is that Newey’s arrival as a management technology partner will have significant opinions on the design for 2026 that will help the team arch the grid.
Alonso will be 45 years old as of the end of 2026.

“Fernando’s experience and feedback was amazing. His feedback from the simulator, exceptionally good feedback in every meeting, was surprising. And his priorities.
“We all have sins, aren’t we coming up with a list of 12 things we want to improve? Very good at it.”
