The Minister of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation Meets the Minister of Sustainable Development, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Economic Development Board of Bahrain
Dr. Rania AA-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation, met with Noor Bint Ali al-Khalifa, Minister of Sustainable Development and CEO of the Bahrain Council for Economic Development, during the period when the Egyptian Government of Bahrain, Minister of Sustainable Development and Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain Council. The Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation praised the historical relationship between Egypt and Bahrain and the mutual understanding between the two countries at all levels. Under his president, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, he confirmed the commitment of the Egyptian state to establish cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain in all areas and elevate it to strategic relations level.
His Minister Al-Mashat stressed the importance of maintaining direct communication between the two sides through various ministries and agencies. This will increase trade exchanges and reflect the strength of relations between the two countries.
Dr. Al-Mashat also praised Bahrain’s role and membership in the industrial integration partnership for sustainable economic development, including Egypt, the UAE, Jordan and Morocco. Recently, Qatar and Türkiye have joined a partnership to enhance the collective capacity of the countries in achieving regional industrial integration goals.

Dr. Al-Mashat also mentioned strong relations with international financing institutions and the Ministry’s efforts to strengthen the exchange of expertise with Bahrain in international cooperation.
The Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation also highlighted the role of the Ministry in the merger in the field of planning and economic development, the strategies and plans of the general state budgetary law and related budgetary law.
Dr. Al-Mashat mentioned participating in preparation programs and performance programs, taking the necessary actions to implement them, diversify them into sources of funding for development programs and programs, and strengthening partnerships with private sector, civil society and development partners, to promote financing to promote financing development. This is complemented by the planning and monitoring of investment projects through integrated electronic systems.
