It is believed that the horse celebrates her 46th birthday in the UK.
A cake made of pureed flaxseed and grass pellets with a layer of ground carrots.
Roana and her stables, Tinkerbell and Barnaby seem to fully appreciate the enjoyment of Roana’s boss, Cerys Brown.
Cerys has been closely linked with Roana for more than 30 years
She was only six years old when she first carried a poncho school and a poncho.
“I can’t imagine life without her,” Cerris said.
“I only know her appearance, she knows me, we’ve grown up.
“She’s been there, she’s been there. She’s my best friend.”
She participated in competitions for competitive performances in the 1990s.
Cerys joked that at first, Roana “didn’t really like kids.”
“But I’ve always been a little bit of a heart in my pocket, and Roana loves snacks. That’s how I win her.”

When the riding school closed for the next few decades, Cerris’ grandmother bought her a mixed-race pony.
Since then, Roana has lived on her horses in the county.
Cerys is often asked about the secrets of Roana’s longevity.
“I think a lot is good care and good feeding. She has a lot of exercise but not much exercise so she has a good joint.
“And, good genetics,” she added.
Roana was in trouble during all the important events of Cerys’ life and even attended her wedding.

She also helped during the tougher times.
Cerys was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at the age of 18.
She said Roana and another horse gave her “becoming healthy again”.
“It just gave me a reason to get up in the morning.”
Cerys describes Roana’s personality as “thran”, a word commonly used in Northern Ireland that means “stubborn”.
“Roana knows what she thinks,” she explained.
“When she pleases her, she does what she wants to do.
“I followed her schedule, not the other way around.
“But she’s very happy, her life is so passionate… Even at 46, she’s not slow. She just wants to be happy.”
In a survey by equestrian expert Harry Hall, Roana became the leader in the race, becoming the oldest horse in Britain.
Managing Director Liz Hopper said the relationship between Cerys and Roana was a “beautiful partnership.”
“Horse lifespans longer due to advances in nutrition and medicine,” she explained.
“We witnessed them exceeding the average age expectation – about 25 years old.”
Cerris said she hadn’t previously thought Roana might be a recorder.
“It would be great if the horse reaches its 20s or 30s.
“Forty-six is an incredible age.
“But just because she’s been there, I never really thought Roana might be the oldest.
“She’s just my Roana.”
