Best Wireless and Bluetooth Earbuds for Premium Sound in 2025
Master and Dynamic MW09: Master & Dynamic headphones and earbuds are always in a unique, eye-catching design, including premium materials such as aluminum, sapphire glass and Kevlar. Its latest MW09 flagship True True Wireless Earbuds ($349) looks very similar to the early MW08 buds, but there are some upgrades inside, especially when it comes to noise cancellation. The earbuds sound great, but mysteriously filled with stock everywhere, so we removed them from the best list. If they restore inventory, we add them back to this list.
Soundpeats Air3 Deluxe HS: What makes the source-sourced Air3 Deluxe HS Buds unique is that they sound surprisingly suitable for relatively cheap open headphones – they are very close to the sound you get from Apple’s Airpods 3 (they lag behind the Airpods 4 , again behind Airpods 4, from AirPods 3) provides improved sound. Most importantly, they support Sony’s LDAC audio codec for the devices that provide it. The cheap open earbuds don’t sound much, but these dubbings have good bass response and clarity. Sennheiser CX: If you can’t afford Sennheiser’s flagship momentum True Wireless 3 earbuds, then the CX is a great option. They have great sound, as well as good noise cancellation and voice performance. The only problem is that they stick out your ears slightly and may not fit some smaller ears. This model is usually sold on Amazon for under $100, but it doesn’t come with active noise cancellation, but the upgraded CX Plus does do (The The CX Plus It’s also a good value, especially when it’s for sale). Defeat the studio buds: Beats Studio Buds look a lot like the rumored stemless Airpods that some people have been waiting for. Targeting iOS and Android users, they lack some key features on Apple (no H1 or W1 chips), but they are small, lightweight real wireless earbuds that wear comfortably and provide a very good sound. Their noise cancellation is not as good as the AirPods Pro, but they do have transparency mode and are good at making calls. JBL Live Free 2:like Live Pro 2JBL’s new live free 2 buds are very good. With 11mm drivers, six microphones, an oval tube and an oval silicon tip, they combine a comfortable fit and cancel noise, excellent sound quality, and voice valence performance. Features include multi-point Bluetooth pairing and wireless charging, and have up to seven hours of IPX5 waterproof (splash resistance).
Samsung Galaxy Bud 2 Pro: Galaxy Buds 2 Pro offers improved noise cancellation and very good sound and voice performance, as well as support for high-resolution wireless audio streaming if you are the owner of Galaxy device with the correct settings. Their biggest upgrade is probably their new design and smaller size, which makes them more suitable for more ears. JBL Tour Pro 2: JBL’s Tour Pro 2 earbuds have attracted a lot of attention as it brings something new to true wireless earbuds: a full-color touchscreen display embedded in the case, giving you access to the key features and control playback as well as adjusting volume level. This is a little bit, but it also works. While the buds may sound slightly better, overall, the JBL Tour Pro 2 is a very good earbud that offers a good fit, a robust feature package, strong battery life, plus solid noise cancellation and voice tone price performance. Sony Linkbuds: Unlike the “Open” link book, the link bag S is a traditional noise-isolated real wireless earbud with tricks of clogging in the ears. They are more compact and lighter than Sony’s former flagship WF-1000XM4, and also feature Sony’s V1 processor (Sony has since released the more compact WF-1000XM5). Although their sound and noise cancellation don’t fully measure the XM4 or XM5, they’re still pretty good. They are Sony Buds of Sony Buds, which is much less for those who can’t afford Sony’s flagship earbuds, but hopefully 80% of these buds have a much smaller score. Sony WF-1000XM4: Sony’s WF-1000XM4 was released in 2021 and won the CNET Editors’ Choice Award. They are still great earbuds, but Sony now releases the next generation WF-1000XM5. Sennheiser Momentum Real Wireless 3: Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 is one of the best new wireless earbuds of 2022. They are still one of the best true wireless earbuds, but Sennheiser has released the upgraded Momentum True True Wireless 4. -1000xm5 buds are arguably superior, so you can only buy the momentum True Wireless 3 at discounts. Beyerdynamic Free Byrd: Beyerdynamic may be late to the game, but finally introduced its first true wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation, up to 11 hours of battery life (noise cancellation) and impressive sound quality. Read our Beyerdynamic Free Byrd review.
Master and Dynamic MW08: These buds may not be equally suitable for everyone’s ears, but if you get a tight seal, they sure have a unique look and a great sound and a great listening experience (I was able to get the most cutting-edge safe fit). They offer more fever sound profiles with smooth, balanced sounds and clear bass.
The state is between 3anc: Status earbuds aren’t the smoothest or most attractive earbuds you can buy, but if you don’t mind its utilitarian look and giant stems, you’ll get a great set of earbuds. Between 3ANC, the company’s first noise cancellation removes true wireless earbuds and also does a good job of removing ambient sound, although they don’t reach the level of the Bose Quietcomfort 2 headphones to eliminate noise cancellation. They did a great job in my voice-to-tap test, reducing a lot of background noise around me on the streets of New York while picking up my voice clearly, or the caller told me.
Bang & Olufsen Beoplay Ex: The $399 Beoplay Ex Buds from Bang & Olufsen are the company’s best real wireless earbuds. They have a comfortable, safe fit (except perhaps for those with smaller ears), first-class build quality, excellent sound, good noise cancellation and improved voice performance of B&O eq buds, with three in each earbud Microphones, they will help you solve the problem of reducing background noise while picking up your voice. They are beyond the price range for most people, but are arguably the best earbuds with stems and deliver the sound of the AirPods Pro 2 with better clarity, deeper bass and richer, more accurate sound. JBL Live Pro 2: Over the years, JBL has launched some nice real wireless earbuds, but nothing can excite me. With the arrival of new products with Samsung owned brands, this situation has finally changed Live Pro 2 and Free 2 bud. Two sets of buds – the Live Pro 2 has stems, while the Live Free 2 has pill form – provides comfortable matching with strong noise, good sound quality and voice valence performance, and a powerful set of features including multi-point Bluetooth pairing, IPX5 splash rating and wireless charging.
Sony Linkbuds: In a sense, LinkBuds is Sony’s answer to Apple Standard airpods. While they don’t sound as good as the noise-isolated earbuds from Sony’s flagship WF-1000XM4 or Linkbuds, they offer a discreet, innovative design and a safer fit than the AirPods, and it sounds nice and sounds great.
